Rachel is 16 and had dreamt of becoming a ballerina but after spending a year at ballet school and learning more about herself and the world her dreams have changed. 

Her advice to adults is:

• Despite your personal hardship and setbacks, use your resilience and determination to push past those experiences to become stronger and more mature.
• Reflect on your past experiences and see the positive elements that came from them.
